ACH WITHDRAWAL:  This service is offered to you at no additional charge from the Village. You will still receive a monthly invoice that will be marked ACH withdraw to remind you that the bill was paid by automatic withdraw from your account.

 

If you wish to take advantage of the automatic withdraw from your checking account to pay your monthly water and sewer bill please complete an ACH form under the “Forms & Docs” and mail it to the Village of Fort Loramie at PO Box 10, Fort Loramie Ohio 45845, email to fiscalofficer@fortloramie.com or drop in the drop box along the alley east of our Village Office building.

Water will be billed monthly, based on metered usage.

The water rates based on water usage are the following:

2,001 – 10,000 gallons	$2.00 per thousand gallons
10,001 + gallons	$1.61 per thousand gallons

The wastewater rates based on water usage are the following:

2,001 – 3,000 gallons	$11.65 per thousand gallons
3,001 – 5,000 gallons	$11.11 per thousand gallons

10,000 + gallons	$8.09 per thousand gallons

Payments can be deposited in the Utility Drop Box on the east side of the village office located at 14 Elm Street or they may be mailed to Village of Fort Loramie, PO Box 10, Fort Loramie, OH 45845

Bills not paid by the 23rd of each month are subject to a 10% penalty fee. There may be a $20 per month service charge any delinquent account not paid when due.
