Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services
Fort Loramie Industrial Park Expansion Project
Adjustment Assistance Project
Village of Fort Loramie, Shelby County, Ohio
The Village would like to provide for open competition for engineering services, whereby, at a minimum, competitors' qualifications are evaluated, and once a firm or individual is tentatively selected, fair and reasonable compensation is negotiated.
We are, therefore, inviting interested individuals and firms located within a reasonable distance to the village to submit evidence of their engineering qualifications, and related information, as follows:
- General background of firm or individual; number of years in operation providing municipal engineering services; other services provided including any which might represent a conflict of interest.
- Engineering staff resumes, including experience with federally funded infrastructure grants; also indicate which staff would most likely be involved in engineering services to the Village.
- Experience in providing professional community development services to clients in the immediate area of Fort Loramie, and/or of similar sizes, location, and characteristics.
- Professional references for firm or individual and staff who would most likely be involved.
Statements of qualifications are limited to 8 pages. Please submit a PDF version of qualifications and related information to the email address below on or before January 3, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
Mr. Tony Schmitmeyer, Village Administrator, firstname.lastname@example.org
It is our intent to give reasonable consideration to at least three (3) firms and/or individuals based on their qualifications so as to have one or several alternative consultants which could be asked to enter into negotiations, if negotiations with the preferred engineering firm or individual are not satisfactory.
Thank you for your interest.
