Village of Fort Loramie Walnut Street Improvements

Bids for the Walnut Street Improvements project will be received by the Village of Fort Loramie at the Council Chambers, 14 Elm Street, Fort Loramie, Ohio 45845, until Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work: Replacing water main and catch basins along Walnut St. This project also consists of grind and overlay of two alleys and Walnut St.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.

The project will be awarded contingent upon OPWC approval which is expected on or around July 1, 2026. Work may not begin until after this date.
