Notice is hereby given that the Village of Fort Loramie Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 14 Elm Street, Fort Loramie, Ohio to consider a variance request for Anthony Hoying, 10 W Main Street, Fort Loramie, OH 45845.
The hearing is to consider a request filed by Mr. Hoying requesting a side yard setback variance to construct an attached garage 3 feet from the side yard (north) property line. The Village Zoning Code requires a side yard setback of 10 feet.
The application is available for review at the Village office during normal business hours.
