Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Fort Loramie Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 7:00P.M. in the Council Chambers, 14 Elm Street, Fort Loramie, Ohio to consider the following requests:
1) Jonathan Kebert at 55 Dogwood Drive is requesting a setback variance to install a fence in their back yard. The Village Zoning Code requires a side yard setback of 10 feet. Mr. Kebert is requesting a variance to install a fence with a side yard setback of 3 feet.
2) Keith & Brandi Clune at 244 Stadium Drive are requesting to encroach on a 20-foot easement in their backyard to accommodate the installation of a pool, concrete around the pool & the required fence.
3) The Village of Fort Loramie is requesting a zoning map amendment. Currently 111 East Park Street is zoned C-1 Commercial. The Village of Fort Loramie is requesting for this property to be zoned R-1 Single Family Residential.
The applications are available for review at the Village offices during normal business hours.
