Notice is hereby given that the Village of Fort Loramie Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 14 Elm Street, Fort Loramie, Ohio to consider the following variance request: 

A variance request for Ronald J Raterman, 21 East Park Street, Fort Loramie, OH  45845.  Mr. Raterman is requesting a front yard setback variance to add a 5’ x 10’ porch onto the front of his home.  The porch would be about 6 feet from the backside of the sidewalk.  The Village Zoning Code requires a front yard setback of 35 feet.
