Notice is hereby given that the Village of Fort Loramie Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 14 Elm Street, Fort Loramie, Ohio to consider an appeal & variance request for Nicholas & Sara Zircher at 56 Elm Street.

1) An appeal of a zoning violation regarding zoning permit #2025-003. Nick & Sara Zircher obtained a zoning permit in March of 2025 for an accessory building (shed). The Zircher’s installed a metal storage container. Mr. & Mrs. Zircher were issued a violation in July 2025 as metal siding is not allowed in R-2 zoning district. The Zircher’s are seeking an appeal of this violation

2) The Zircher’s are also requesting a setback variance reduction to 5’ instead of the required 10’. The applications are available for review at the Village offices during normal business hours.
