Advertisement For Farm Ground Lease

Sealed bids for the lease of 55 acres more or less of farm land will be received by the Village of Fort Loramie at the Village Office, 14 Elm St, Fort Loramie OH 45845, until Monday, August 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Place your bid per acre along with name, and address in a sealed envelope and drop off to the Village office or mail to the address above. On the outside of the envelope write “FARM BID”

No email bids will be accepted

Bids will be per acre price for the entire acreage and will be a one year lease which can renew for three consecutive years beginning on January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026 subject to terms of the lease agreement which is on file at the Village Office. For a copy of the lease agreement and a complete description and location of the property contact the Village Office

The Village of Fort Loramie reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any which is deemed by the Village of Fort Loramie to be most favorable to the Village.
