Public Hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Fort Loramie Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 14 Elm Street, Fort Loramie, Ohio to consider the following variance requests: 

 

  1. A variance request for Nathan Holtvogt, 54 Willman Street, Fort Loramie, OH  45845.  Mr. Holtvogt is requesting an additional driveway on the west end of his property between 52 & 54 Willman Street for the purpose of additional off-street parking due to constraints of the existing lot size.  The Village Zoning Code states that multiple driveways are not permitted.

 

  1. A variance request for Nicholas & Amy Siegrist, 89 South Main Street, Fort Loramie, OH  45845.  The Siegrist’s are requesting a front yard setback variance to extend the existing porch 10’ to the north while keeping the front of the porch in line with existing which is 15’7” from the front yard property line.  The Village Zoning Code requires a front yard setback of 35 feet.

 

The applications are available for review at the Village office during normal business hours.
